Proud to be Baltimore’s only Haitian restaurant, Sobeachy is a true passion project. Chanel Fluerimond learned to cook young – and quickly picked up Haitian recipes and techniques from husband Leo. Their “Caribbean food for family and friends” is at once new and familiar: an eclectic blend of African and French flavors. Look forward to Haitian fried party wings, quick bites like Haitian Patties and Stuffed Plantain Cups, and tropical juices. Having worked the Baltimore farmers’ market circuit for the past several years, Sobeachy is excited to find a home at Cross Street Market.
